Low voltage rail transfer car (DDG) uses a low voltage rail system to obtain electricity, efficiently powering trolley operations within industrial environments.
Working Principle: The workshop's 380v voltage is converted to 36v through a step-down transformer. This safe voltage is connected to the insulated tracks. The rail car wheels pick up this electricity and transfer it to the car's motor via electric take-up slides. Managed by remote control, the car can move forward, backward, and navigate turning tracks.
Configuration Types: Rail transfer carts are available in binomial or three-power supply systems based on load requirements. Binomial systems are ideal for loads up to 50 tons using two tracks, while three-power systems support large tonnage operations with three-track layouts.
