Low voltage rail transfer car (DDG) utilizes a specialized low voltage rail system to obtain electricity, facilitating efficient and continuous trolley operation within industrial environments.
Working Principle: The 380V workshop power supply is converted to a safe 36V via a step-down transformer. This voltage is connected to the insulated tracks. The rail car wheels are insulated to prevent conduction to the chassis, and the electricity is transferred to the car's motor via an electric take-up slide. Managed by remote control, the car moves forward, backward, and can navigate turning tracks.
Rail Transfer System:
Can be configured as binomial power supply (suitable for up to 50 tons) using two tracks, or three power supplies for larger tonnage requirements using three ground tracks.
